These pages set out how Wire Wombat sells and ships what you buy, what happens when something goes wrong, and how we handle your information. The sales policies form part of the Terms of Sale and Use and apply to every order; the Privacy Policy and the Accessibility Statement describe how the Site is run. Each one links to the others it relies on.
1.Terms of Sale and Use
The terms that govern every use of wirewombat.com and every order placed through it: acceptance, quotes, pricing errors, payment, title and risk of loss, product information, liability, indemnity, governing law.
2.Shipping and Delivery
How Wire Wombat orders ship: ship dates by product, the 12 PM ET cut-off, the lower 48 only, free shipping from $499, UPS Ground by weight from $19.95 below that, freight for reels over 150 lb, inspection on delivery and claims.
3.Returns and Refunds
Wire Wombat returns: cut and made to order wire is final sale; uncut, unopened spools and boxes come back within 30 days with a 15 percent restocking fee; shortages, wrong items and damage are replaced when reported within 7 days.
4.Payment, Pricing and Sales Tax
How Wire Wombat is paid: card at checkout through Stripe, in full, $20 minimum, no purchase orders or net terms; weekly price reviews, pricing errors, quotes, sales tax and resale certificates, and what the charge looks like on your statement.
5.Cut to Length and Special Orders
How cut to length works at Wire Wombat: whole feet from 25 ft (50 ft on aluminum and tray cable) to 5,000 ft per line, one coil per cut, final sale; striped and made to order colors on 500 ft spools; large quantities by quote.
6.Warranty and Product Information
Wire Wombat is a distributor: products carry the manufacturer's warranty and no other. What that covers, what we disclaim, how specifications are stated, and the buyer's responsibility for code compliance and suitability.
7.Privacy Policy
What wirewombat.com collects when you browse, request a quote or order, how it is used, who it is shared with (the shipping partner, the carrier, Stripe, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity), cookies, and your rights under state privacy laws.
8.Accessibility Statement
Wire Wombat's accessibility commitment: WCAG 2.1 level AA as the target, what the site does to meet it, known limits, and how to report a barrier.
