Cut to Length and Special Orders

1.Cut lengths

Cuts are in whole feet, from 25 ft (50 ft on aluminum and tray cable) up to 5,000 ft per line. Each line in your order is cut and shipped as its own coil or reel; two lines of the same product are two cuts, not one. Enter the total length you need on one line if you want it as one continuous piece.

Cut to length adds 1 business day to the product's ship time, shown on the product page and in the cart.

2.Cut wire is final sale

Wire or cable cut to your length cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled once the supplier has confirmed the cut. This is stated next to the length box on every product page and again in the cart before you pay. Check the product, color, length and quantity of every line before checkout. A cut delivered short, in the wrong color or damaged is replaced or refunded under Returns and Refunds when reported within 7 days.

3.Striped and made to order colors

Striped colors are produced for your order. They are sold on spools only, 500 ft minimum, ship in 7 to 14 business days, and are final sale. The product page marks them as made to order and shows their own ship date.

4.Large quantities and quotes

A product marked price on request is sold by quote only. More than 2,500 ft on one line, or a cart over $5,000, is worth a quote, since a rep can often price it better than the Site does. Add the lines to a quote from the product page, or email us the product, color, lengths or spools, quantity and the ship-to city and state. A rep replies with prices, ship time and a payment link.

5.Canceling a cut

You can cancel a cut line free of charge until the supplier confirms the cut; reply to your order confirmation right away. After confirmation the cut is yours. See Returns and Refunds.
